Shravan Teerthdarshan Yojana is a new scheme launched by the Gujarat State Government under which the government will provide subsidy on pilgrimage expenses for senior citizens. Under the Shravan Teerth Darshan Scheme, the state government will pay 50% of the travel expenses by non-AC state transport bus within the state. This scheme is exclusively for the senior citizens of the state, irrespective of the community they belong to.

Gujarat Shravan Tirthadarshan Yojana – Online Application
Shravan, who made his elderly parents go on a pilgrimage, holds a unique place in the hearts of all countrymen. In the modern age, the Gujarat government has decided to implement the “Shravan Tirthadarshan Yojana” with immediate effect, so that the senior citizens of the state of Gujarat can easily visit the pilgrimage centers in Gujarat.
50% of the luxury bus fare will be reimbursed by the state government if the natives of Gujarat aged 60 years and above form a group and travel by Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation (ST) or private luxury bus to visit religious places in Gujarat. If a private bus is hired, in that case the actual fare and ST. 50% of the bus fare whichever is lower will be paid. If traveling with husband or wife, one of them should be 60 years or above. The beneficiary of this scheme will be eligible to get this benefit once in the entire lifetime. This benefit will be available within the limit of total 2 nights and 3 days travel.
The benefit of this scheme will not be available on an individual basis but only if the bus is hired by a group of at least 30 senior citizens. The implementation of the scheme will be done by Gujarat State Holy Pilgrimage Development Board.

- Firstly visit the official website of Gujarat Pavitra Yatradham Development Board https://yatradham.gujarat.gov.in/.
- On the homepage, scroll down to the “Booking for Shravan Tirth” link and then click on the “Registration” link:-

- Fill all the details in the Gujarat Shravan Teerthdarshan Yojana Registration Form and then login to open the login page
- Enter Username, Password and click on “Login” button. Then hit on the link “New Application” to open the Gujarat Shravan Teerthdarshan Yojana Online Application Form
- Enter the details correctly and then in the new page, click on the link “Add Pilgrim” to open the Shravan Teerth Darshan Yojna Add Pilgrim Form.
- Add the pilgrims by entering their details and click on the “Save” button. Then hit on the “View / Submit” link to check the application information for Shravan Teerth Darshan Yojana
- All the applicants can then view / submit the complete Shravan Teerth Darshan Yojana Application Form to complete the online application process.
Interested applicants can apply for the scheme by submitting the prescribed application form and submitting it to the respective State Transport Depot. Before applying for the scheme, a group of senior citizens will have to plan a trip for 2 nights and 3 days.
